PE ASSESSMENT MODULE(6th July- 3rd Sept 2009)

Syafiqin

I find Pe lessons very uninteresting because we don't really get to engage in other sports from other parts of the world. we did once, which was volleyball, but it was kind of boring and common. I prefer a new sport, for instance, tchouk ball which originated from switzerland, i think. i hope PE lessons would be more engaging . I learn quite a lot for the volleyball lesson.

I learnt how to play volleyball with volleyball balls. I learnt new skills which included knowing how to dig and serve, using the underarm to serve. Thus it was very fruitful and good.

I think that the time taken to learn should be extended and be longer. However, I feel that sometimes, the lessons could be quite boring as there was no game spirit in playing with the other people. Overall it was good but can be improved.

in this year's PE module, we learnt how to play volleyball. At first i preferred it to be other types of sports such as soccer or ultimate frisbee.however as i learnt more about the game, i came to like the game. i also learnt volleyball moves such as the underarm dig, volley and the serve. however, i think that the module can be further improved on be extending the time period as well as changing the venue......

In this year's PE module, we learnt how to play volleyball. I have learnt many formation and which formation were the most effective for gaining points. I felt that the volleyball is a very interesting sport. I learn how volleyball moves such as underarm serve and volley. But i feel that the PE lesson duration is too short. This led to not enough time to practise our volleyball moves. Therefore i felt that the duration can be extended to allow us to practise our volleyball moves.
